This service is perfect for dogs who tend to get matted quickly. You can book a bath & blow-dry for in between your dogs ‘full groom’ to prevent any matting from occurring. This will help us achieve your dogs desired coat length.

POLICIES
NO SHOWS / CANCELLATIONS​ / LATE DROP OFF & PICK UP
By booking an appointment with K9 Groom Room you have acknowledged that you have read and agreed to my No Show/Cancellation/Late drop off & Pick up policy.
I understand that life gets in the way and sometimes you'll need to cancel or reschedule your appointments.
Please ensure to give me 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. Cancellations that are made under 24 hours notice will result in you being charged 50% of your appointment fee. You may book another appointment once the fee has been paid.
If you are late dropping off or picking up your dog please contact me to notify that you are running late and a rough time of when you will get to me. I am usually back to back with grooms which means being late will affect the rest of my clients booked in for that day.
If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be charged a late fee of £10. If you fail to attend your appointment you will be charged full price for the service that was booked in. You may book another appointment once the fee has been paid.

This is all necessary to help cover costs & losses as a small business.

FLEAS
If fleas are found on your dog there will be an extra charge of £8. This is to cover the extra expense of products to flea treat the salon.
Please ensure to check your dog for fleas before the appointment.
MATTING
Under the Animal Welfare Act (2006) if your dog is severely matted we are required by the Act to clip your dog short. Matting can cause serious health complications if left and can also cause great discomfort to your dog. Therefore shaving your dogs coat short is the kindest solution for their welfare.
Removing matting can cause damage to my equipment and can also take extra time, because of this I will have to charge an extra fee of £5-£10 depending on how extreme the matting is.
With the correct home maintenance and regular grooming appointments scheduled, we can prevent the matting of your dogs coat.
